Whether your child is struggling with emotions, relationships, or life changes, Connected Families NH is here to help. We offer compassionate care, connection, and resources designed to support children and their families every step of the way. 

Find local support, tools for emotional wellness, and confidential help: 

  • NH DHHS – Access statewide mental health services, support networks, and educational resources. 
  • 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — 24/7 free, confidential support: Call or text 988 
  • NAMI NH — Connect with free (non-crisis) NH mental health resources & support. Contact NAMI NH’s Info & Resource Line at 1-800-242-6264 (press 4) or info@NAMINH.org. 
  • New Hampshire Men’s Center — A state-based organization providing peer support, advocacy, and resources focused on men’s mental health and well-being in New Hampshire. 
  • The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester — Offers counseling, psychiatric services, and community-based mental health supports for individuals and families in the Greater Manchester area 
  • NH Community Behavioral Health Association — Advocates for, supports, and connects community-based behavioral health providers across NH to improve access, quality, and equity in mental health services
