In the heart of winter, routines can feel heavy, emotions run high, and family life can feel stretched. February is a great time to pause, check in with each other, and strengthen the connections that help us feel safe, supported, and understood.

At Connected Families NH, we’re here to help you navigate life’s everyday challenges—with tools, resources, and support for your whole family.

Helpful Resources for Emotional Wellness & Family Support:

  • The Grapevine Family & Community Resource Center — Promotes family and community health and well-being through support, education and the sharing of resources 
  • Waypoint Youth Drop-In Centers — Gathering places where individuals and families can come for resources, services, support, supplies, connections, advocacy, professional staff, and opportunities 
  • NAMI New Hampshire — A grassroots organization working to improve the quality of life for all by providing support, education and advocacy for people affected by mental illness and suicide. 
  • NH Department of Education – Mental Health Programs — Access to behavioral health providers, care coordination, and local support programs 
  • 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — 24/7 emotional support for youth, caregivers, or anyone in crisis: Call or text 988 
  • The Family Resource Center at Healthy Starts — A drop-in community space that offers families access to support, social workers, child-friendly spaces, resources, internet/printer access, and group meeting areas. 
  • The Family Resource Center — Supports children, parents, and families through education, resources, and family-strengthening programs.
