🎨 🌱 ️Magnify Voices: Youth Creativity & Mental Wellness 🌱 🎨

During the school year, young people carry big feelings, bold ideas, and powerful stories. The Magnify Voices Expressive Art Contest creates space for those voices to be seen, heard, and celebrated through creativity.

Connected Families NH is proud to uplift this statewide program that centers youth expression and highlights how positive mental health supports healthy growth, confidence, and connection.

👉 About the Magnify Voices Expressive Art Contest:

  • Who can participate: New Hampshire students in grades 5–12.
  • What to submit: Any creative work that reflects experiences with mental health, including paintings, drawings, film, poetry, music, or mixed media.
  • When to enter: Submissions are open January through April 26, 2026.
  • How entries are recognized: A panel of community experts and mental health advocates reviews all submissions, with selected artwork showcased to raise awareness and reduce stigma.
  • Celebration event: May 27, 2026 at the Kingswood Arts Center in Wolfeboro, NH, followed by a traveling roadshow across the state.
  • Learn more & submit: https://nhcsoc.org/participate/

Young voices matter. Art has the power to heal, connect, and change how we understand mental health. Help amplify these voices by sharing the contest with schools, families, and community groups in your network. Questions? Please reach out to magnifyvoices@gmail.com.
